Once a year, a deep dive and dual curriculum
ALL’s Signature Course is now in its 34th year, and celebrates more than 700 graduates. Each year, 30 participants spend 10 months learning about their community and engaging in leadership development. They graduate with a deeper understanding of their community, and an increased capacity to serve it.
Participants
- Experience their community in a hands-on, unique way, and learn more about how their community works
- Develop leadership skills, such as team building, problem solving and conflict management
- Make connections with peers and decision-makers, and exchange ideas with other participants and local leaders in diverse and nonpartisan environments
- Gear up for civic, board and service leadership roles and opportunities
