LIMA – Allen Lima Leadership today unveiled its new website and logo, Executive Director Heather Rutz said.

The new site is modern and easily navigated, and it allows the public to communicate easily with the organization. The site features a news section, a signup for the latest newsletter, and online applications for the ALL Signature Course and Allen Lima Youth Leadership, Rutz said.

The new logo maintains ALL’s signature blue, in new shades. It also features a ripple effect, also found on the website.

“The ripple is a tangible thing I use to explain what we do, what we’re about,” Rutz said. “I call Allen Lima Leadership’s work and influence a profound ripple effect for good. You’d be hard pressed to pick a board or organization in town that didn’t have an ALL alum, and we’re very proud of that nearly 30-year investment we have in Lima and Allen County.”

Allen Lima Leadership is a county-wide leadership program that develops adult and youth leaders for our community. ALL promotes positive change in the community by providing an education that improves understanding of community issues, institutions, self and others and training for individuals in advanced leadership principles.
