Selection Criteria
Candidates for ALL will complete an application form.
Allen Lima Youth Leadership seeks a maximum of 32 high school sophomores and juniors who:
have demonstrated a sincere commitment, motivation and interest to serve their schools and community.
have the ability to set and attain goals as demonstrated by their personal achievement.
have the availability of time to participate in the Allen Lima Youth Leadership program with the full support of their school administration.
after the 1st year can apply what they have learned and give back to the community in their 2nd year of Allen Lima Youth Leadership.
represents a cross-section of participants from various schools, ethnic groups, gender, service, school and community organizations.
