A $50 non-refundable application fee must be received at the Allen/Lima Leadership Office, 147 N. Main St., Lima, OH 45801 before reviewing the application.
All applicants will be notified by August 10th, 2010.

Selection Criteria
Candidates for ALL will complete an application form.
ALL seeks 30 individuals:
who have demonstrated a sincere commitment, motivation, and interest to serve the Lima/Allen County community.
with the ability to set and attain goals as demonstrated by significant career and/or personal achievement.
with the commitment to remain in the Lima/Allen County area, or who are not likely to be transferred within the immediate future.
with the availability of time to participate in the ALL program and the full support of the corporation or organization, he/she represents.
who represents a cross-section of participants from business, the professions, education, organized labor, government, the arts, clergy, service and community organizations, ethnic/minority groups, and by gender and geographical considerations.
